Horizon was approached by residents of a recently built housing estate who asked for help with a small area of derelict land to the north of Cowie Mill, next to one of the main roads into Stonehaven.
A local building contractor kindly used his digger to clear the
land of brambles and scrub, and a membrane was put down to suppress any further unwanted growth.
